Accounting Clerk (Part-Time) 會計文員 (兼職)

工作內容 Responsibilities
1. Responsible for general accounting duties including payments, billing, bank
reconciliation, petty cash, expenses claims, payroll processing, MPF and annual
tax return
2. Manage daily transaction including input accounting entries, processing receipts
and banking preparation
3. Provide administrative and clerical support
4. Responsible for mail and courier arrangement
5. Maintain inventory and arrange maintenance of office supplies and equipment
6. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Form 5 or above
2 years working experience in Accounting fields
With LCCI Level II qualification / Diploma in Accounting would be a plus
Proficiency in various computer applications, including but not limiting to MS Office,
Accounting software, ERP etc.
Mature, proactive, independent, detail oriented and stable
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good commend in speaking & written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
